From Tami Lynn Kent, Ep.8 on the importance of creating scared space in our everyday; β€œI just built a little space - a medicine wheel basically, where I put rocks in that mark the east, south, west, north. The idea of a medicine wheel is it brings sacred space wherever you are. […] So I probably, maybe not every day, but I go out there and I just do a very simple little prayer of talking to each of the directions, lighting a candle, and seeing what's in my heart. What heaviness I'm carrying, what things I'm noticing, what prayers I have for myself, my family, the world. And then I thank the directions ans I go on my merry way. So it's my way of invoking a little bit of spirit energy into the day.”
