Blessings
You have opened the windows of heaven.
Your blessings flow like rain upon me.
I am filled and overflowing...I have more than enough.
Freely I have received.
Freely I give.
And so it is.
We are all One

When you come from "we are all One", it is virtually impossible to find that hurting another "feels good".  Neale Donald Walsh, "Conversations with God" book 2

Everyday Grace
My deepest fear is not that I am inadequate.
My deepest fear is that I am powerful beyond measure.
It is my light, not my darkness that frightens me.
I ask myself, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who am I not to be?
I am a child of God.
My playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other
people won't feel insecure around me.
I am meant to shine, as children do.
I was born to make manifest the glory of God
that is within me.
It's not just in me; it's in everyone.
And as I let my own light shine,
I unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As I am liberated from my own fear,
my presence automatically liberates others.
-Marianne Williamson "A Return to Love"
Prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi
LORD, make me an instrument of your peace.

Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
and where there is sadness, joy.

O Divine Master, grant that I may
not so much seek
to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love.

For it is in giving that we receive;
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
Amen
Prayer
May the words of my mouth
and the meditation of my heart
be pleasing in your sight,
O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer.
-Psalm of David
